§ 94-66. Valid license required.
It shall be unlawful for the owner or driver of any motor vehicle or trailer to park or store the same at any time, or for any length of time, upon a public road, alley or any public right-of-way within the city unless there is displayed on the motor vehicle or trailer a valid state license for the motor vehicle or trailer, or other license valid under state law. It shall be unlawful to park any of the forbidden vehicles listed in section 94-62 of this article for any length of time on a residential street, regardless of the condition of such prohibited vehicle.
