§ 94-65. Operable vehicle parking restriction.

It shall be unlawful for the owner or driver of any motor vehicle, trailer or other wheeled vehicle of any kind to park or store the same upon any public road, alley or public right-of-way within the city, for a greater length of time than 72 consecutive hours, when the vehicle is mechanically operable and duly licensed. It shall be unlawful to park any of the forbidden vehicles listed in section 94-62 for any length of time on a residential street, regardless of the condition of such prohibited vehicle.
