§ 6.03. Final utility inspection.

A.

Once the public utilities are installed, and prior to the construction of any pavement, the city inspector, the director of public works, the city engineer, and a contractor's representative shall perform a walk-through inspection for all public infrastructure. All testing associated with the utility installation shall be completed prior to the walk-through inspection.

B.

The city engineer shall prepare a list of items that need to be completed prior to the commencement of any paving.
