    B.

During the progress of the work, all materials, equipment and workmanship shall be subjected to such inspections and tests as will assure conformance with the city requirements. All testing shall be done by a testing laboratory approved by the city. The city shall select the location of all testing. The contractor shall pay for all testing. The contractor shall furnish at its expense all necessary specimens and samples for testing.
