§ 6.04. Final inspection.

A.

Upon completion of the construction, the developer shall request a final inspection of the work. The city inspector, the director of public works, the city engineer, and a contractor's representative shall perform a final inspection. If the developer has divided the construction of the public improvements among more than one contractor, the developer shall designate one person to represent all of the construction for the development. There will be only one final inspection of the development.

B.

The city engineer shall prepare a list of items that need to be completed prior to the final acceptance of the project.
