§ 42-143. Permit application and filing fees.

(1)

Authorization . Every application for a permit issued pursuant to this article shall be in writing signed by the operator, or some person duly authorized to sign on his behalf, and filed with the inspector.

(2)

Application . A separate permit application shall be made for each water well to be drilled, redrilled, re-worked, converted or activated and shall be accompanied by the applicable permitting fee.

(3)

Permit fees . Fees shall be required for the application and issuance of each permit required pursuant to this article. At the time of the filing of a permit application, a permit fee of $250.00 is required.
