§ 42-142. Hardship variance required.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to drill or operate a water well in the corporate limits of the city, if an adequate amount of water can be delivered to the property by the city water system. If it can be determined by city council that an adequate amount of water can not be delivered to the property by the city water system, then a hardship variance can be granted.
