§ 26-111. Implementation; exemptions; review.

(a)

This article shall not apply to alarm systems operated by local, state or federal governmental entities.

(b)

The chief of police shall monitor the enforcement and effect of this article and report annually to the city manager concerning this article and its effect in reducing unnecessary alarm notifications.
