§ 14-234. License fee.

The license fee for an itinerant merchant or itinerant vendor shall be $100.00. If any person engages in any activity mentioned in section 14-231 through one or more agents or employees, such person shall, in addition to the $100.00 fee, pay a license fee of $10.00 for each agent or employee. The licenses shall be valid for one year from the date of their issuance. The fees shall be used for the purpose of defraying expenses incident to the issuing of the licenses.
