§ 10-467. Same—Expiration; renewal.

Registration shall expire annually or, at the option of the registrant, after two years by payment of the optional fee, and shall be routinely reactivated by payment of a renewal fee if application information remains accurate. A registration may be renewed as herein provided at any time from 60 days preceding the date of expiration through 60 days following the date of expiration. Registration not renewed for 60 days beyond the date of expiration shall require resubmittal of registration information and payment of fee as for initial registration.
