§ 10-466. Same—Fees.

(a)

For registration as required by this article, a fee shall be paid in addition to the other provisions provided. The fee will be as specified by subsections (b) and (c) of this section, which set forth the fee structure as approved by the city council and which may be amended from time to time by resolution by the city council.

(b)

Registration fees shall be due prior to performing any work requiring a permit. All registration fees shall be due one year from the date of registration. Registration fees shall be in the amount of $25.00 per year.

(c)

No registration fee paid hereunder shall be refundable or subject to proration.
