§ 10-327. Weight limit; posting of signs.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park a vehicle weighing in excess of 12,000 pounds upon any asphalt parking lot with a sign posted at each entrance prohibiting vehicles in excess of 12,000 pounds except vehicles of a regulated utility and emergency vehicles.
(b)
A property owner, at his discretion and expense, may install signs at each entrance to an asphalt parking lot prohibiting vehicles in excess of 12,000 pounds.
