§ 10-326. Requirements for existing parking lots.

(a)

Asphalt.

(1)

All existing asphalt parking lots shall remain; however, any new addition to the parking lot shall conform to the requirements of this article.

(2)

Should 50 percent or more of the existing parking lot be reconstructed then the entire parking lot shall be made to conform to the requirements of this article.

(3)

All existing asphalt parking lots shall conform to the maintenance requirements of this article within one year after March 3, 1987.

(b)

Gravel. All existing parking lots shall be brought into compliance with this article within six months after a request for certificate of occupancy change has been approved.
