§ 98-216. Implementation and enforcement
(a)
The mayor or his/her duly appointed representative will act as the administrator of the water conservation and emergency water demand management plan. The administrator will oversee the execution and implementation of all elements of the plan. He/she will also be responsible to oversee the keeping of adequate records for program verification.
(b)
As a means to implement the water conservation and emergency water demand management plan, the city has recently implemented the following documents:
(1)
A resolution by the city stating its water conservation goal and adoption of this water conservation and emergency water demand management plan.
(2)
An article by the city to implement the legal documents necessary to enforce this water conservation and emergency water demand management plan.
(c)
The resolution was adopted by the city council on May 4, 1993 and may be found in Appendix C. A copy of the new water conservation plan article may be found in Appendix D. This article was adopted by the city council on May 4, 1993.
