§ 98-213. Water rate structure.

The city will periodically review respective retail water rate structures to insure that the prevailing rates encourage water conservation while covering the total cost of service and minimizing adverse impacts. The city will consider the adoption of rates which incorporate in increasing block rate, continuously increasing rates, peak or seasonal load rates, excess use fees, or other appropriate rate forms.
