§ 94-193. Signal devices on existing crossings.

  • It shall be unlawful to hereafter maintain any railroad crossing over any public street within the city which crossing is not in existence on December 14, 1971, unless the crossing is equipped with an automatic flashing signal device to warn motorists on the public street of the approach of trains on such railroad track.
