§ 94-74. Obedience to signs required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave standing any motor vehicle in or upon any public park or public grounds surrounding any public buildings of the city within the city, in a manner violative of the plain meaning of any sign, direction or marking installed by authority of the chief of police forbidding or otherwise regulating parking of motor vehicles.
