§ 94-33. Utility easements and unpaved private property.

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a motorcycle, motor scooter, motorbike, minibike, dune buggie or any motor vehicle on any utility easement, vacant lot, or any other unpaved private property not owned by the rider or his immediate family without having on his person express written consent of the owner of the property.
