§ 82-3. Application of chapter.

This chapter applies to the regular and periodic collection and disposal of garbage, trash, refuse, brush, debris and wastes, and is not intended to prohibit or require a permit for the occasional hauling of trash, brush, debris, etc., by a maintenance person or employee, or by the owner or occupant of premises, in connection with an occasional cleanup of premises. This chapter shall also apply to any roll-off refuse container or dumpster, including those used by maintenance persons, employees, contractors, or owner or occupants of premises in connection with construction, repair, renovation, or demolition of improvements to realty.
