§ 70-51. Permit required.

(a)

It shall be permissible to conduct garage sales on residential zoned premises in the city only pursuant to permit first obtained from the city manager or his designated representative, and only in accordance with the rules, regulations and restrictions herein provided.

(b)

It shall be unlawful to conduct any garage sale, as herein defined, within the city without a permit or in violation of any of the provisions of this article.
