§ 42-121. Purpose.

It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this article to establish reasonable and uniform limitations, safeguards and regulations for present and future operations related to the exploring, drilling, developing, water wells within the city to protect the health, safety and general welfare of the public and accomplish the orderly production of available water resources.
