§ 30-240. Definitions.

The following terms used in this article shall have the meanings set forth in this section:

Outside storage: Storage of any item listed in subsection 30-241(b) in public view, within the front or side yard of property, for more than 24 hours. Outside storage shall not be construed to include items stored within the rear yard of property, whether or not subject to public view.

Property: Platted or unplatted private real property.

Public view: Viewable from a public right-of-way or public easement.
