§ 26-103. Indirect alarm reporting.

A person who is engaged in the business of relaying alarm notifications to the police department will:
(1)

Communicate alarm notifications to the city in a manner and form determined by the chief of police.

(2)

Comply with the requirements of this article and any rules and regulations promulgated by the chief of police.
