§ 14-113. Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, neglects or refuses to comply with any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $2,000.00. Each day that any violation hereof continues shall be deemed to constitute a distinct and separate offense.
