§ 10-596. Amendments to International Private Sewage Disposal Code.

The city may from time to time determine that local modifications to the private sewage disposal code are necessary and appropriate to meet the unique needs of the city. To effectuate modifications, the city council may enact individual ordinances amending the private sewage disposal code, and such amendments shall be consolidated as an exhibit to the private sewage disposal code, and shall be maintained as a public record in the office of the city secretary.
