§ 10-402. Amendments to International Code for Swimming Pools and Spas.

The city may from time to time determine that local modifications to the swimming pools and spa code are necessary and appropriate to meet the unique needs of the city. To effectuate modifications, the city council may enact individual ordinances amending the swimming pools and spa code, and such amendments shall be consolidated as an exhibit to the swimming pools and spa code, and shall be maintained as a public record in the office of the city secretary.
